RSVP Presents the 28th Annual Award Winning Event and Fireworks Display in 2021.
ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE The 4th of July Fireworks Event will be held July 1-4, 2021 at Mills Park in Carson City. Enjoy four days of family fun and party in the park! The event features a stunning display of Fireworks on July 4th at sundown and new VIP Tent Experience, live music, great food and craft vendors, and the excitement of carnival rides and games designed for all ages! Last year we had an estimated 10,000 people in attendance, featured 13 carnival rides, 12 food and craft vendors and more than 25 volunteers. This year we expect an even bigger crowd and plan to bring you a spectacular Event in celebration of the new decade.
A HISTORIC EVENT The 4th of July & Fireworks Event, held in July during the July 4th weekend, celebrates 28 years of event history in our state’s Capital City. Winner of the Carson City Chamber of Commerce 2016 Event of the Year! Every year, local residents and the many visitors to our area are drawn to our city which has been voted one of the best state Capital cities in the nation! The event celebrates local culture, tradition and recognition of our nation’s Independence.
45 YEARS IN THE MAKING The 4th of July Fireworks Event is a fundraiser for Nevada Rural Counties RSVP Program (RSVP) which provides high quality volunteer-delivered services that have been in place for 45 years. RSVP volunteers help senior citizens in need with critical transportation, respite care, companionship, homemaker services, personal emergency response systems, and much more. RSVP is a community-based non-profit that helps seniors maintain their dignity, self-respect and independence, and avoid costly long-term institutional care.
IMPACT Are you ready to make a positive community impact and enhance your company’s brand on the cultural scene in Carson City and neighboring communities? Depending on your level of investment, Sponsorship Benefits include opportunities for inclusion in the Event advertising campaign through a variety of media, and on site signage to remind patrons of your brand. Additionally, your donation helps deliver critical services for seniors, Veterans and adults with a disability. For example; $1,000 can provide 200 escorted door-to-door transportation trips to medical, dental and vision appointments, grocery shopping, or trips to the senior center.
